Just like limiting subconscious programs can affect our bodies, there are body position and movement patterns that create aberrant signals in the nervous system. These body position or movement patterns could trigger the sympathetic nervous system to fire up, sending the body into an incomplete or awkward fight/flight/freeze/fawn mode.
